Rule 35
Delegation of rights

(1) The Government of Nepal may delegate some of the powers granted to it in accordance with the Act and this regulation to the Ministry of Reforms and Law or to the Department.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the department may delegate some of its powers to the Surveyor Goshwara.
